If mountains could speak then Bathurst’s Mount Panorama would certainly be able to tell a tale or two. The Mount Panorama circuit is steeped in tradition and has long been the scene of many historic moments that have become folklore in Australian sport.

After a power blackout destroyed Sandman’s race 1, a fast charging Repsol commodore came through the field to win race 2 from last place on the grid. A very happy Sandman put it down to a great car setup.
