Season VI of the Track IR V8 Supercar series has seen a few changes since the previous season. One of these rule changes is that we have now introduced safety cars at specifc events. Season V rules and details are below. REQUIRED FILES: Skinpack link & RFM files available on our downloads page! The RFM file is changed and added on Race Days to allow up to 48 Drivers to participate. Without this you will be automatically kicked from the race. You will know beforehand as you will get a RFM Mismatch HOW DO I CHANGE MY RFM? In your rFactor folder (default location is C:\Program Files\rFactor) is a folder called RFM. Inside the RFM folder you will see the FVR RFM File called FVR8_09.RFMFILE. Right click on this and rename it by adding ORIG for Original. Now add our race day RFM, rename it to FVR8_09.RFMFILE For those that are new to playing with files, contact YZ250 anytime on team speak for assistance WHAT CONSITUATES A TEAM? A Team is made up of 2 drivers. A team may have a 2nd support team (ie Joe blogs Young Guns). In the Bathurst Endurance race, you can alternate the 4 drivers amongst your team/s to get the best mix. The said, Jyou should have similar themes of liveries but need not be the same. RACE SIGN UP? To race you must register in our rFactor League Program. Note: the new Season can now be picked from your driver profile. If you plan on running a custom skin choose the V8 SUPERCAR 5 option. If you do not have a custom skin choose either FG Falcon or VE Commodore, based on what car you intend driving. It is also important you ADD your in game name, where it says " NICK in SIM". This is all done in the rFactor League program, which keeps track of all your lap times and career here at Adrenalin Factor. TEAM SPEAK DETAILS Our Team Speak IP is: 75.126.134.3:8805 (You will need to be registered, contact YZ250 for registration) CPS CHANGES The CPS format has not changed much in the nw season. You are still required to complete 4 CPS in a round. Race 1 you will have to do 2 pit stops and the same for round two. You must take a minimum of 2 TYRES per CPS . BONUS POINTS
The DreamWorld V8 SuperCars Redline Enduro HOT SWAP RULES This season Bathurst will be seeing a new face that it has never seen before. This time we hit it for the first time ever with more than double the length of 125 laps instead of 50. Also this time we see the introduction of the hotswapping technique which is controversial yet an exciting new thrill of new strategy’s which shall emerge from this rule. With this rule one driver out of the two driver combination will have to run 2 stints per minimum. So therefore each driver has to run 2 stints in this race period. If not a time punishment will occur of 60 seconds. Also there must be 4 minimum compulsory pit stops in the race where you must take tyres and fuel, this can be x2 tyres or x4 tyres it is your choice but you must take both in each pit stop. Communication between the two team mates will be crucial. A full tutorial will be posted for hot swapping soon. You can practice this at anytime on our servers. |
